Untuk sementara saya akan melakukan sosial media diet, yang berarti mengurangi waktu selancar di dunia maya. Jika dihitung per-harinya saya mungkin menghabiskan minimal 6 jam utk sosial media. Let me check, bangun liat wa-line-telegram-path-ig-fb.. Kurang lebih 1 - 1,5 jam. Lalu melakukan aktifitas sambil cek wa-fb-ig-wa-path-ig. Kemudian makan siang, aktifitas sore sampai sebelum tidur malam dgn kegiatan yg sama. And after that i still think not enough to see another things and scroll it again untill morning. Omg!

Most of people now cant live with social media. It's become the part of their life. And i dont want become that. I have to cut the connection between me and this little-shinny-and-interesting smartphone. I know it'll be hard, but why dont we try.
Start cuting your online surfing and try to live in the real life. Start to talk with others, listen to their story, help people, playing with your kids, watching tv with your family, doing silly with your friends or other things. Make your life really life, especially for you married couple. Dont spend time with gadget more often than with your family.. You gonna feel sorry later, it's true.

So, let's try to do this diet and let see what will happen. #30dayssocialmediadiet, i'm in. 😊
